REFERRAL FEE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• You must sign up to participate in our referral program. You will be issued an individual referral code that you can then share anytime you refer someone to us. When and if that referral elects to have a mobile unit fabricated by the Street Food Ventures team, we will provide you with a commission.  Referral commissions are paid on NEW concession build outs. If you are not registered for our referral program then you will not be eligible to receive a commission. 
   

• All commissions are earned on NEW customers only. Commissions are not paid out on existing customers, repeat customers or partial builds. Referral commissions are for NEW full build outs only.
   

• Commissions earned are paid out when a written fabrication contract has been executed. Referral fees are paid in two installments. 1.5% is paid upon receipt of a deposit by our customer and proper execution of a fabrication order. The remaining 1.5% referral fee is paid upon payment in full of the fabrication contract and the customer has picked up their mobile unit. If the referred client does not pay their remaining balance and/or elects to cancel their fabrication project for any reason, the remaining referral fee will not be paid.
