Many of our clients are anxious to hit the streets and start serving their amazing food. Unfortunately, the build out process often takes weeks if not months to complete. We have several units that can be ready for pick up in just a couple of weeks. Our design team will work with you to determine your equipment needs and exhaust hood size. Once we know what needs to be installed into the unit we can place your hood and equipment order. It typically takes 10-14 days to receive everything ordered and only a couple of more days to install everything.
As you can see by the photo we have units in various sizes that are completed inside with all the plumbing, propane, service windows, walls, floors and more!
These completed concession units don't last long once they are ready.
We have a constant stream of Foodpreneurs always checking in with us to see what's in our inventory.

CONCESSION TRAILER PRICING AVERAGES
We're not afraid to share our pricing with you upfront. It will save you both time and aggravation trying to figure out whether or not you can afford to get into the concession business to start with. Keep in mind that the prices shared with you are based on current market conditions and are subject to change due to market volatility.
However, they should provide you with a pretty good estimate as to what you can plan to budget for your project. Unfortunately, many suppliers continue to raise prices on everything from rivets to cooking equipment and more. You name it, prices are extremely volatile right now and inventory on some things is now taking much longer to procure than normal.
The first question we are often asked is how much will it cost? So, we thought we'd share what a typical concession fabrication unit will cost so you don't have to play the guessing game. We hope this saves you both time and frustration trying to get a straight answer on how much money you'll need. The bottom line is, you either have the funding to get into the business and pay for your fabrication or you don't. If you don't, you can always consider financing your project and having it built out over time.
Listed below are average prices for what you can expect to pay for a fully fabricated turn key mobile unit. Price estimates below include the cost of the trailer, the exhaust hood with fire suppression system installed, your propane system with the required valves and shut off components, tanks and cages, your plumbing system including your 3-compartment sinks, hand washing sink, fresh water tank, grey water tank, hot water heater, high volume water pump and more. The units below include all electrical systems, outlets and wiring components, internal and external lighting, shelving, equipment tables, flooring and more.
